Venues and entry points
For concerts, sporting events, awards and private dinners, identify the venue, ticket or invitation time, preferred entrance and any permitted car access. Roads around large venues may close, so follow the confirmed pickup instructions.
Wedding parties
List who travels in each vehicle, when each party must arrive, any photo stops and the intended finish. A bridal party’s luggage or clothing may affect which vehicle layout is suitable.

Return after the event
Choose an agreed time or ask whether the vehicle should remain available. A named passenger or coordinator should be reachable as the event finishes.
Several vehicles
For a larger party, ask for a combination of saloons, V-Class vehicles or a minibus. LDC confirms availability and timing for each car rather than assuming one pickup arrangement suits everyone.
