For Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton or Stansted, send the flight number and terminal with the hotel address. Allow time for bags and give the passenger’s own contact. Your booking confirmation names the meeting point.

Hotels around Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Westminster can have busy kerbs and restricted streets. A concierge may direct guests to a nearby legal collection point. Confirm the exact entrance in advance where possible.
