Name the handling facility
Share the airfield, full FBO or handling agent name, flight time, lead traveller and contact number. Farnborough, Biggin Hill, Luton and Stansted all require a confirmed collection location. Access to an apron or restricted gate is subject to the handler’s rules.

Coordinate the ground handover
Tell LDC whether the principal, family and crew leave together or separately. If luggage travels in another vehicle, include that arrangement. The chauffeur waits at the agreed public or permitted FBO point, rather than assuming an airside meeting.
When plans move
Aircraft timing and even the destination airfield can change. Tell the booking team once the operator confirms an update, especially if another FBO or a different passenger list is involved.
The onward journey
A private flight may continue to Mayfair, a business meeting, a country house or another terminal. A multi-stop itinerary may be better arranged as hourly hire instead of a single direct transfer.
