Identify the handling facility
Alongside the airfield and flight date, provide the exact FBO or handling facility confirmed by your flight team. The main passenger terminal is not automatically the correct place for a private aviation collection. Ask your flight contact for the appropriate landside meeting instructions and share them with the reservations team.
Connect the right people
Provide a lead traveller mobile number and a suitable flight or handling contact where appropriate. Make clear who can confirm changes to the schedule. The aim is a simple handover with a clear point of contact, especially when the person booking the car is not travelling.
Keep access expectations clear
Do not assume a chauffeur can collect beside the aircraft. Access depends on the facility and the arrangements confirmed for the movement. Discuss the permitted meeting point in advance and follow the instructions in your transfer confirmation. Any special access request needs to be agreed explicitly.
Carry the plan through to the destination
Confirm the number of travellers, all luggage, the onward address and intermediate stops. If the flight schedule changes, contact the booking team to update the ground plan. Review waiting and amendment terms before confirming so you understand how a revised arrival may affect the booking.
Ready to discuss your journey?
Send your date, route, passenger count and luggage details. London Direct Chauffeurs handles quotes, bookings and journeys; your confirmation sets out the arrangements agreed for your trip.
